The Phoenix Birthing Project 602 258 6990

Volunteers are the backbone of the Phoenix Birthing Project. In addition to becoming a Sister Friend, our organization needs volunteers who would like to contribute their time and talents to help with the cause.

Speakers Bureau:
Volunteer to speak to groups and organizations about the issue of African American infant mortality and maternal and child health issues affecting the community. Topics can be tailored to meet the needs of the audience.

Advocacy:
Volunteer to advocate for the needs of pregnant women and families and for equal treatment and services.

Fundraising:
Have some fun and raise money to support our programs and services. Volunteer to be on a host committee or promotion team.

Public Relations:
Help get the word out about the Phoenix Birthing Project. Volunteer to write feature articles, promotional materials, information for our website newsletter.
